Ondrej Zika

Ondrej Zika studied Psychology and Marketing at Aberystwyth University. During his studies he worked as an RA in John O'Doherty’s lab at Caltech and later in Sonia Bishop’s lab at Oxford. He did his PhD with Katja Wiech and Rafal Bogacz in Oxford, working on computational and neural basis of probabilistic aversive learning. Since 2019, Ondrej is doing a postdoc with Nico Schuck at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development in Berlin. His current research interests include: anxiety, aversive learning, (intolerance of) uncertainty, aversive replay and state inference. Apart from from science, Ondrej loves cycling, coffee, ice hockey and anything linux-related :)
